How long is my VRTY free trial?

The VRTY free trial is for 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of first application. Cancellation of your trial can be done at any time during your 3 week trial period, and does not incur any charges.

Can I invite other team members during my VRTY free trial?

Unfortunately, the VRTY free trial is only for a single user to create VR projects. To invite other team members to join your account, you’ll need to purchase the Education Essential Plan.

How much does it cost for a VRTY account with full classroom features?

A VRTY account with full features, including the ability to add student accounts, is The Education Essential Plan which costs $125 AUD (excluding GST) per month.

If I add another teacher or student account to my Education Essential Plan, will they have access to my projects?

At this stage, projects are only available for the originating creator to access, edit and delete.

Am I eligible for the Education Plan?

The Education Plans are for teachers and students who are currently part of registered educational organisations who would like to use the VRTY platform specifically for non-commercial learning purposes. For example (and not limited to): primary and secondary schools, universities, or vocational education and training institutions.

You’ll need to use your education email to register which will prove that you are working in an educational institution and eligible to purchase from the Education Plans. If you have any questions or queries please come and chat with us and we can help guide you towards the right plan.

VRTY reserves the right to cancel Education Plan licenses or switch users to the appropriate Business Plan if we feel the VRTY Platform is being used for a commercial purpose.

For clarity, the Business Plans provide for anyone who would like to use the VRTY platform within a business or to create VR/360 projects for commercial purposes. For example (and not limited to): training and hr teams within businesses, content production companies, marketing and advertising agencies, or professional training businesses.

If I need help with filming VR/360° projects, does VRTY offer this service?

Yes, VRTY can provide additional end-to-end production services. We have our own 360° equipment and can help you storyboard, film, produce, deploy and source VR headsets. If you need help with your VR project, we would love to help you out. Chat with us to learn more!
