What is the difference between the Business and the Education Plans?
The Business Plans are for anyone who would like to use the VRTY platform within a business or to create VR/360 projects for commercial purposes. For example (and not limited to): training and hr teams within businesses, content production companies, marketing and advertising agencies, or professional training businesses.
The Education Plans are for teachers and students who are currently part of registered educational organisations who would like to use the VRTY platform specifically for non-commercial learning purposes. For example (and not limited to): primary and secondary schools, universities, or vocational education and training institutions.
If you are not sure which plan you should purchase, please contact us and we’ll gladly help find the right plan for you.
How long is the VRTY free trial?
The VRTY free trial is for 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of first application. Cancellation of your trial can be done at any time during your 3 week trial period, and does not incur any charges.
Can I invite other team members to join my account during my VRTY free trial?
Unfortunately, the VRTY free trial is only for a single user to create VR projects. To invite other team members to join your account, you’ll need to purchase the Business Essential Plan.
How much does it cost for a VRTY individual account with full features?
An individual account with full features is called the Individual Pro Plan which costs $125 AUD (excluding GST) per month.
Am I eligible for the Education Plan?
The Education Plans are for teachers and students who are currently part of registered educational organisations who would like to use the VRTY platform specifically for non-commercial learning purposes. For example (and not limited to): primary and secondary schools, universities, or vocational education and training institutions.
You’ll need to use your education email to register which will prove that you are working in an educational institution and eligible to purchase from the Education Plans. If you have any questions or queries please come and chat with us and we can help guide you towards the right plan.
VRTY reserves the right to cancel Education Plan licenses or switch users to the appropriate Business Plan if we feel the VRTY Platform is being used for a commercial purpose.

What if I want to use VRTY for personal projects?

If I need help with filming VR/360° projects, does VRTY offer this service?
Yes, VRTY can provide additional end-to-end production services. We have our own 360° equipment and can help you storyboard, film, produce, deploy and source VR headsets. If you need help with your VR project, we would love to help you out. Chat with us to learn more!
I can't find a suitable plan that suits for my organisations' needs. What do I do?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at anytime?
You can upgrade your plan anytime. Just go to account settings and click on ‘Renew Plan’ under Subscription. For downgrading any plans, chat with us and we will help you!
Can I cancel my plan at anytime?
It is possible to cancel your trial and paid plans at any time. For your paid plans, your plans will deactivate after the expiry date.
Are we allowed unlimited markers under the Business Pro plan?
Yes, you can create as many markers as you like in the project. Markers can contain images, videos, GIFs, text, sound, voiceover, or a combination. Depending on what size the content files are, will affect the project’s bandwidth.
Are we allowed unlimited visitors under the Business pro plan?
Yes, as long as the monthly bandwidth cap is not hit. More bandwidth can be purchased at A$0.50/GB or you can upgrade your subscription package to a higher package.
